2. What data we process

If you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, phone number if provided, order details and payment details. Your full payment details are not processed by us; they are handled by our payment service provider.

If you take out a subscription: in addition, your subscription details, chosen frequency, renewal dates, and the authorization for direct debit.

If you sign up for our emails: your email address, your name if provided, and data about whether you open and click on our emails.

If you visit our website: your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, the source you came from, and how you use the site. This happens through cookies and similar techniques.

If you contact us: your name, email address, and the content of your message.

If you leave a review: your name or the name you provide, and the content of your review.

3. Why we process this data

To fulfill, deliver, and invoice your order. This is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you.

To manage your subscription and inform you about upcoming deliveries. This also follows from the agreement.

To comply with our legal obligations, particularly the tax retention obligation.

We store your data for email marketing until you unsubscribe.

We store contact requests for two years.

Data from cookies are stored according to the retention periods in our cookie policy.
