The story behind Yupe.
Yupe was founded by Sem Gravesteijn and Mike Ridder with one conviction: taking good care of yourself should be simple. No cabinet full of half-empty jars, no complicated schedules, and no endless list of ingredients that nobody recognizes and whose dosage is too low to do anything. We chose the opposite approach: only nutrients whose effectiveness is scientifically proven, in doses that genuinely impact your body. The most important essentials, together in one daily sachet.
01.
Five nutrients. Deliberately no more.
While many supplements are adding more and more ingredients, we deliberately chose simplicity. Daily Essentials contains five carefully selected nutrients: Vitamin C, D3, B12, Magnesium, and Omega-3 DHA. Only what is essential for your daily routine.
02.
Scientifically substantiated.
The Yupe formula was developed with the help of Dr. Stefan Gyarmathy, a specialist in clinical psycho-neuro-immunology and orthomolecular medicine. In his words: "I don't just associate my name with any brand. But I do with the quality and approach of Yupe.
03.
How to use Yupe.
One sachet per day, that's all. Each sachet contains four capsules and one softgel, together providing your five essentials: Vitamin C, D3, B12, Magnesium, and Omega-3 DHA. Tear open the sachet and take them with a glass of water, most easily during a meal, so your body absorbs the nutrients best.
Where you do it doesn't matter. At home with your breakfast in the morning or just at your desk in the office. It's about daily repetition, because that's where the effect lies. No scales, no shaker, no schedule. Tear open, take, done.
More than a supplement
Each vitamin box shares.
For every Yupe box sold, we donate vitamins to four women and children through Vitamin Angels. We have already reached 70+ countries and helped 5000+ women and children!
The Vision Behind Yupe
Health starts at the basics.
"We decided things had to change. One sachet a day, with the essential nutrients that are almost impossible to get through food alone. Tear open, take, done."
